Consultation & Cancellation Policy

At Trinetra Jyotish, we value your time and ours. Please read the following policy carefully before booking a consultation or using our AI-assisted chart analysis service.

1. Appointment Booking

All consultations are scheduled based on availability. Booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email after successful appointment scheduling.

Please ensure that the provided birth details and contact information are accurate.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• Failure to inform in advance may result in denial of future priority bookings.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.

We request clients to respect scheduled time slots, as each consultation is exclusively reserved.

3. Consultation Fees & Payments

Consultation fees and payment terms vary by service type:

• Live Consultation (1-on-1 with Astrologer): Fees are payable after the session is completed, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
• AI Chatbot Session (Jyotish Drishti AI): Payment of ₹199 per session is required in advance before the session begins. Each session provides 20 minutes of AI-assisted personalised birth chart analysis. Once a session has been initiated, the fee is non-refundable.

Once a consultation or AI session has been completed, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Nature of Astrological Services

Astrology is a predictive and interpretative science based on planetary positions and traditional principles.

• Predictions and remedies are provided as guidance only.
• Results may vary from person to person.
• No guarantees of specific outcomes are made.
• AI-generated analysis is based on classical Vedic astrological principles and should be treated as informational guidance, not professional advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trinetra Jyotish shall not be held responsible for:

• Personal decisions taken based on consultation or AI analysis.
• Financial, legal, medical, or relationship outcomes.
• Misinterpretation of astrological advice.
• Technical interruptions, delays, or service unavailability beyond our control.

Clients are advised to use their own judgment while making major life decisions.
