Information We Collect

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and birth details (date, time, and place of birth) when you:

Birth details are collected strictly for the purpose of preparing horoscope readings and providing personalized astrological analysis.

Trinetra Jyotish Mobile App

This section explains how the Trinetra Jyotish Android app (available on Google Play) handles your information. It applies in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy.

No Account, No Tracking

The app does not require registration or login. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, does not collect an advertising ID, and contains no ads. The only device permission the app requests is internet access. It does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or GPS location.

Information You Enter

To prepare charts and calculations, you may enter:

• Name (optional; used only as a label on your chart)
• Date, time, and place of birth
• Place for Panchang, Muhurta, and other daily calculations

This information is used to produce Birth Charts, Matchmaking (Ashtakoot), Newborn Horoscope, Prashna, Panchang, and related results.

How Your Information Is Processed

• Calculations: Your details are sent over a secure (HTTPS) connection to our calculation server, hosted on Google Cloud. The server uses them only to compute your result, sends the result back to the app, and does not store your name or birth details. Our hosting provider automatically keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, date/time, and the type of request) for security and troubleshooting; these logs do not contain the birth details you enter.
• Place search: When you search for a city or town, the text you type is sent to Google Places (Google Maps Platform) to find the location and its coordinates. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to that search: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Daily Rashiphal: Readings are prepared per zodiac sign for everyone. Reading your Rashiphal does not send any personal information.

Information Stored on Your Device

Saved profiles (name and birth details) and your settings (language, default location, text size) are stored only on your phone. We cannot see or access them. You can edit or delete profiles at any time in the Profiles tab, and all app data is removed when you clear the app’s data or uninstall it.

Feedback and Contact

If you tap Send Feedback or Book Consultation, the app opens your email app or our website. Anything you send us by email, or submit on our website, is handled as described in the rest of this Privacy Policy. Feedback emails include the app version number to help us fix problems.

If you tap Review us on Trustpilot, the app opens Trustpilot’s website in your browser. Any review you write there is handled by Trustpilot under its own privacy policy (Trustpilot Privacy Policy). The app does not send any of your information to Trustpilot.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing. Information is only passed to the service providers listed above (Google Cloud for hosting and Google Places for place search), and only to make the app work.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. The Newborn Horoscope feature is meant for parents or guardians entering their child’s birth details; those details are processed and stored in the same way as described above.

App Data Deletion

Because we do not keep the details you enter in the app, there is no server-side account or data for us to delete. To remove data held on your device, delete profiles in the Profiles tab or uninstall the app. To delete any emails or consultation records you have sent us, write to info@trinetrajyotish.com and we will respond within one month.

Changes to the App

If the app’s data practices change (for example, if we add new features that use your information), we will update this section and the “Last updated” date above.

CCPA Privacy Rights (California Residents)

Under the CCPA, you have the right to:

• Request disclosure of personal data collected
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Request that your personal data not be sold

We do not sell personal data.

GDPR Data Protection Rights
